Drive POS LLC
Last updated: September 1, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Drive Payments (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit drivepos.us, interact with our AI chat/voice tools, receive our SMS/email communications, or use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

1) Information we collect

  • Identifiers & contact info: name, business name, email, phone number, address, device IDs, IP address.
  • Commercial & support info: service inquiries, orders, invoices, notes exchanged with support, and preferences.
  • Internet/technical data: cookie identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, approximate location, browser/device details.
  • Audio/communications: recordings or transcripts of calls, voicemails, voice AI or chat interactions, and SMS/email content.
  • Inferences: audience segments or preferences we derive for analytics or advertising.
  • User content: files, messages, or other information you provide.

2) Sources

We collect information directly from you; automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and logs; from your organization; and from service providers and partners (e.g., analytics, ads, data enrichment, AI vendors).

3) How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Respond to inquiries; schedule demos; provide customer support.
  • Send transactional and marketing communications (including SMS, voice, and email).
  • Run analytics, measure campaign performance, and conduct retargeting/interest-based advertising.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4) Cookies, pixels & ad choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and ads (including retargeting via platforms such as Google and Meta). You can manage cookies via your browser settings or our banner (where available). You can also opt out of interest-based advertising using:

  • DAA: optout.aboutads.info
  • NAI: optout.networkadvertising.org
  • Google Ads: adssettings.google.com

Some browsers offer Global Privacy Control (GPC); where legally required, we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of “sale/share” for targeted advertising.

5) SMS/Text program terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional texts from Drive Payments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions, contact info@drivepos.us or 1-866-270-4490.

6) AI assistants & recordings

We may use AI tools (including voice agents and chat) from us or trusted vendors to route calls, answer questions, qualify leads, and provide support. Interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed to operate, improve, and secure the Services. Do not submit sensitive information through AI channels. AI outputs may be inaccurate—please verify critical details.

7) How we share information

  • Service providers & processors: hosting, support, analytics, ads/retargeting, communications (SMS/email/voice), payment processing, security, and AI vendors.
  • Advertising partners: to measure and deliver interest-based ads (you can opt out—see Sections 4 and 10).
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Affiliates: within our corporate family for the purposes described above.

8) “Sale”/“Share” of personal information

We may “sell” or “share” (as defined by certain state privacy laws, including California) identifiers and internet activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (where available), by sending a request described in Section 10, or by using a GPC signal.

9) Retention & security

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

10) Your privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, “sale/share,” and certain profiling. To exercise rights or appeal a decision, contact info@drivepos.us or write to the address below. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate proof.

11) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12) International transfers

We are U.S.-based and may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

13) Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
